FAQ's

1

How does coaching work?

After an introductory call, we will collaboratively schedule a start date and time that aligns with the preferences of the individual or family.

Each coaching session has a duration of 60 minutes and can be conducted either face to face, if geographically feasible, or through online platforms.

While recognizing that every situation is unique, it's generally advised that most circumstances benefit from a minimum of 6 sessions. This specific recommendation will be thoroughly discussed during your clarity call and can be reviewed after the initial set of sessions to ensure that your evolving needs are met.

2

Payment and cancellations

Before your initial session, an invoice will be issued with provided bank details. All payments are to be completed through bank transfer in advance of the first session.

Rescheduling an appointment requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will incur the full session charge unless an alternative arrangement is mutually agreed upon. This policy is in place to ensure the efficient management of appointments and to respect the time commitment involved.

3

Who attends each session?

The introductory or clarity call is scheduled with the parent(s) who initiated the initial inquiry, providing an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the specific areas they seek support with.

Subsequent sessions will then proceed with the individual or family, following the agreements made during the clarity call.

In the context of family coaching, individual sessions are conducted with each family member prior to collective sessions with the entire family. This approach allows for a more personalized understanding of each family member's perspectives and needs, contributing to a more comprehensive and effective coaching experience.
